After scheduling an appointment, our trained staff walks you through your building and puts together a profile of key information. It is then delivered to you to keep on hand. We will also periodically reach out to ensure all the information is still up to date.
Another way we are here to help minimize damage for both residential and commercial is our emergency 1-4-8 rule:
- 1 Hour to call the customer
- 4 Hours to be on site looking at damage
- 8 Hours to have a verbal briefing
