I just want to give a "shout out" to your two guys who are on my Edmonton job! I went there today and they managed to detach and reset cabinets/counters without damaging a single one or the tile back splash! I know it was a ton of work for them to reset them temporarily... but they had the customer in mind and knew she would need to be able to use her sink and stove.

It's very rare I come on a job and the cabinets and/or counters are not damaged during the detach. They did an amazing job!

After a massive amount of flood damage to our home from a faulty washing machine, SERVPRO was like the cavalry riding in! The relief was amazing and the service was five full stars!

I cannot say enough good things about SERVPRO. From the original estimate to the last fan removal, the gentlemen were kind, considerate, and compassionate. We hired them for clean up after a flood in my grandmother's basement left 8 feet of water and a wake of destruction of 50 years of memories. As things were removed, they showed constant compassion and were very cognizant of what they were removing. They treated her things with dignity and were so respectful of her.

We were working with insurance and they were so accommodating with paperwork and information to make sure we had what we needed.

I hope I never need them again, but in the case of another disaster, they will be my first phone call.

My house had extensive water damage that went unknown and untreated for years. Another company worked for weeks to repair the damage but did not successfully fix the problem at hand so the damage resurfaced a year later. I called SERVPRO and they were on site that day. The damage was repaired, the problem areas were fixed, and only took them a couple days at a very affordable price.

We were extremely pleased with everyone we have worked with. We would recommend your company to anyone.

My business in Scottsville, KY had a leak stemming from the refrigerator causing some cabinet, floor, and drywall damage. SERVPRO showed up the same day and provided fans to dry the damage before the problem got worse and made the necessary repairs the next day. We recently had roof damage to our commercial building, which caused us to have inside damage. We called SERVPRO and they were here within the hour with fans and dehumidifiers.
