There were just a few of the beautiful homes we were able to assist!

The past few weeks, SERVPRO of Allen, Barren, Hart, Green and Taylor Counties has been traveling for Storm in Chicago, Illinois!

Over the past few weeks, our team has assisted 22 homes in being torn and dried out for a local contractor to come in and put everything back. When a microburst hits an area like this, it is hard for the local franchises to handle the huge workload that is called into them. This is when they call in backup, and other SERVPRO’s travel to assist in the cleanup.

While this is always a very stressful time for home or business owners, there is no better feeling than seeing professionals available to help put their lives back together quickly, and efficiently.

Even after 3 weeks time, we still have people in Chicago finishing up jobs. At this point, they are waiting on homes to finish drying, they are answering questions, putting together documents, and much more. While our team is ready to be home, this part of the job is always very rewarding.
