February Theme of the Month

Each month, our franchise has a theme of what we will focus on. This month, we are working hard to help warn everyone about the dangers of having frozen pipes and want to remind everyone what they can do to prevent an issue from arising. Not only can a frozen water pipe bust and cause water issues, if not taken care of property, it can also cause mold issues to come about. Through the rest of the winter, it is important to take precautionary actions against these issues.

Some things you can do to avoid a busted pipe is:

• Keeping garage doors closed
• Opening cabinet doors
• Removing water hoses from outdoor faucets
• Letting water drip
• Keeping thermostat the same, both day and night
• Keep pipes properly wrapped

Using a few of these tips will greatly decrease the chances of you finding an accident in your home!
